Wisconsin Literacy Welcomes Two Member Agencies

Wisconsin Literacy welcomes two new members - Neighborhood Learning Center and Alternative Center for Education (ACE). Neighborhood Learning Center is located at 5385 N. Green Bay Avenue in Milwaukee and coordinated by Bob and Judy Brock. ACE is a branch of the Center for Alternative Learning founded by Dr. Richard Cooper in Pennsylvania, located at 101 W.
